This is a healthy snack you can make for those days when you want to pamper yourself.
INGREDIENTS
BROWNIE
- 2 eggs
- 10 g stevia
- 100 g 80% dark chocolate
- 70 g coconut oil
- 15 g cocoa powder
- 50 g wholemeal plain flour
- Pinch of sea salt
GANACHE
- 20 g 80% g dark chocolate
- 30 ml almond milk
INSTRUCTIONS
BROWNIE
- Make a Bain-marie with boiling water and melt chocolate off the stove
- Mix eggs with stevia and melted coconut oil
- Add melted chocolate to eggs and mix gently
- Once everything is well mixed, sift and add cocoa powder and wholemeal flour to the preparation
- Finally, add a pinch of salt
- Bake at 180 °C for about 20-30 min
- Once the brownie is ready, set it aside and leave it cooling down while you prepare the ganache
GANACHE
- Prepare a Bain-marie with boiling water and melt the chocolate off the stove
- Add warm almond milk to the chocolate and mix gently until it gets smooth and uniform
- Cut your brownie into little pieces and add ganache on top
