Chocolate Brownie (No added sugar)

This is a healthy snack you can make for those days when you want to pamper yourself.

 

Ingredients

Brownie

  • 2 eggs
  • 10 g stevia
  • 100 g 80% dark chocolate
  • 70 g coconut oil
  • 15 g cocoa powder
  • 50 g wholemeal plain flour
  • Pinch of sea salt

Ganache

  • 20 g 80% g dark chocolate
  • 30 ml almond milk

 

Directions

Brownie

  1. Make a Bain-marie with boiling water and melt chocolate off the stove
  2. Mix eggs with stevia and melted coconut oil
  3. Add melted chocolate to eggs and mix gently
  4. Once everything is well mixed, sift and add cocoa powder and wholemeal flour to the preparation
  5. Finally, add a pinch of salt
  6. Bake at 180 °C for about 20-30 min
  7. Once the brownie is ready, set it aside and leave it cooling down while you prepare the ganache

 Ganache

  1. Prepare a Bain-marie with boiling water and melt the chocolate off the stove
  2. Add warm almond milk to the chocolate and mix gently until it gets smooth and uniform
  3. Cut your brownie into little pieces and add ganache on top
