Smoothie
- 1 roasted or boiled pealed medium beetroot
- 1 handful spinach leaves
- 1 handful arugula leaves
- 1 handful mint leaves
- 1/2 or 1 small pealed frozen banana
- 1/2 small fig
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon raw ginger
- Ice (Optional)
- Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for 2 seconds, pause for 1 second and repeat this process 6 times or until the smoothie is homogenous and has the perfect consistency!
